The Environmental Declaration

The Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is a voluntary certification scheme, initially developed in Sweden, and later recognised internationally, which is part of the EU environmental policies.

Environmental certifications are tools for assessing and certifying towards issues of environmental sustainability and environmental protection and impact of products. These tools are fundamental for the management of mandatory environmental requirements.
