The GPP4build database is implemented directly by the companies that produce and/or resell the building products and materials it contains. The aforementioned companies are responsible for the truthfulness of the data and documentation uploaded and for the conformity of such data and documents with the provisions of the CAM EDILIZIA, approved by Ministerial Decree of 11 October 2017 as amended and published in G.U. no. 259 of 06/11/207 “Contracting of design services and works for the new construction, renovation and maintenance of public buildings”.

The USER acknowledges, therefore, that the GPP4build database may contain errors and/or inaccuracies beyond the control of the Centres of Competence, and that any use of the information contained therein shall be at his/her own risk.

The USER therefore relieves the Centres of Competence from responsibility for any damage that may be caused to him/her due to incorrect data or documents entered by the companies producing and/or reselling the building products and materials contained therein or due to the entry of data or documents that are untrue and/or do not comply with the regulations in force.
